Q: Do the earbuds auto pair?

A: Yes. Once connected for the first time, the earbuds will auto pair and disconnect from that device. 

Q: What are the dimensions?

A: The case dimensions are 1.74 x 0.84 x 2.11 inches (44.3 x 21.3 x 53.5 mm) and the dimensions of each earbud are 0.65 x 0.71 x 1.59 inches (16.5 x 18.0 x 40.5 mm).

Q: Does the pop window break after an update?

A: We've tested our earbuds on both iOS 12 and 13 and the pop window continues to work with no issues.
