Q: Do the earbuds auto pair?

A: Yes. Once connected for the first time, the earbuds will auto pair and disconnect from that device. To stop this, simply "forget" the earbuds from your Bluetooth setting. 

Q: What are the dimensions?

A: The case dimensions are 2.39 x 0.85 x 1.78 inches (60.6 x 21.7 x 45.2 mm) and the dimensions of each earbud are 0.86 x 0.94 x 1.22 inches (21.8 x 24.0 x 30.9 mm).

Q: Do they have a pop window?

A: Yes they do. However, the pop window feature only works with iOS 13.2 or later). 

Q: Can I rename them?

A: Yes! We've implemented the ability to rename your KP Pro's to whatever you would like. Just visit the bluetooth setting on your device.

Q: Can I get these anywhere else?

A: Our website is currently the only place you can purchase the KP Pro's. Beware of other sites claiming to have these - they are not real.
